My son is in the army and he is going to disney world in jan .the black out dates are thru jan 2 does that mean he can go on jan 2 or would he need to wait till the 3rd

The blackout dates for the "Military Salute" tickets are 22 December 2014 - 2 January 2015. This means military salute ticket holders would have to wait until Jan 3rd.

There are not "Army tickets" so you may want to clarify what type of tickets he is using.
