Armistice Day Query

Hi, we usually hit DLP around mid november (usually good value and 'Christmas' has started). Normally we would stay for 4 nights and travel into Paris for a full day.
This year we arrive on the afternoon of the 10th of November. My question is are the Parks very busy on the 11th (Armistice Day), so would that be the better day to head into Paris ?

Any advice/experiences welcomed.

I would go into Paris that day - all shops and museums will be open though might have shorter hours - check on their websites if you want to visit one in particular. Parks will be busy as they are on all public holidays

Thanks Carrie. We have been to DLP 3 or 4 times in the past few years, but always mid-week and never on a public holiday.

It will be extremely, extremely busy at dlp so you should follow carries advice! Check out my November 2010 trip report (link in my sig) when we experienced armistice day!
