How was it a perceived threat. The park is over and people are leaving. Or are you just judging people that ride bikes?

I don't blame the guard either and I think he handled it well. His response was measured and he didn't exceed his authority.
No big deal in my book.
OTOH, the thing that makes me get a funny feeling about that video is when I used to drive to the park, we always paid for parking when we entered - not when we left.
Maybe that has changed?
This. End thread. As a former security officer in the USAF I think the guard did exactly as he was supposed to. It is not about the motorcycles, per se, but motorcycles make great get-away vehicles as they are manueverable and fast. And helmets are unparalleled at hiding identities. Can't even tell the gender of the rider immediately. They got off their bikes when it was not necessary and approached the booth. Doesn't matter that the lane was not closed. They were stupid for getting off their bikes and should have had payment ready and their ticket already out.
