It's Official Disney Just sent me their press release, the release goes out to all major media outlets later today.

Not sure when the call center will be allowed to make reservations on the new offer though.

That's great news...we aren't going until feb 2014 but this gives me hope that we will have some sort of discount!

I'm hearing the codes still aren't working...

People are being told t check back tonight or tomorrow.

I wonder if the room discounts will remain the same.

They were changed to 30, 35 or 40% depending on hotel category.

I noticed the wording is a bit more strict about the military member being a part of the traveling party now.

I'm so happy they were extended! It will save us a bit when we hit up disneyland next year. Not as good as before but much better than nothing.

Where did you see that? I haven't seen the actual percentages anywhere on the new deal. That is also what they have been for the last couple of years.

We added the discount to our Pop reservation for October. Bryce said there was no problem me being a spouse dependent with valid i.d. We got 30% off.

Alas, the press release doesn't give the actual room discounts. Hopefully they are in line with the current one. As soon as they open up I am snagging two rooms at POR for next June.

Ditto. We received 30% off ASMovies and 40% off the Polynesian for our trip later this month. I wonder if they are going to offer less of a discount especially since ticket prices went up.

I hope not and it seems others have been booking with the same percentages. Hey, for us any discount is better than no discount at all.

I have a FD stay reserved in November, but a Military Dine would definitely save me $.

The percentages were originally listed in the other thread, people mentioned what they got off depending on hotel and it was originally on a military travel blog I read. I noticed the press release now only lists "hotel discounts" and not a percentage.

I just booked our resort only reservation for next summer with the military discount. It took 2 calls. The first CM could not get the discount to work. I immediately called back and the second CM had no problem. She said that the discounts hit their computers at 3:00 pm EST. 40% off at Beach Club.
