Just wondering if anyone knows if we can put the blow up arm floats on our DD2 at the hotel pools? We also have zip up vest that serves as a float - but that will take up a lot more precious luggage space. Thanks for your help! :flower:

They did in PORS and Vero Beach. They also have swim vests that you can check out with resort ID.

I saw all kinds of flotation divices at PORS, but when we got to Vero Beach they did not let my DD use her ring blow up. They said it had to have something that actually atached to her. They did have a number of things you could borrow from them. (and noddles too.)

Most do alow water wings. (BC and WL did.) I know Beach club doesn't allow anthing else. (like your own blow up tubes, you have to rent theirs.)

You are allowed noodles too, even at Stormalong Bay. They actually had noodles, and water wings for sale at the pool shop.

I read that you have to go down the pool slides by yourself, no lap riding...so will they let you go down it if you have on water wings? or do they restrict that?

Yes, they will let a child go down the slides even if they have water wings on. They do suggest that a grown-up wait near the bottom of the slide when the child comes down.
