Ariel's Grotto Question

I was perusing through the AG menu and noticed that their dining choices are either "Princess Celebration", "Princess Character Meal" or WoC dining package.

So am I assuming correctly that they don't offer a meal without Princesses or Fast Passes for WoC?

The reason I'm asking is, my aunt and I are going in two months and we weren't necessarily going to see WoC again, but we loved AG WoC menu.

Yes, I believe you're correct.
Ariel's Grotto only has the Princess Character meal at Breakfast and Lunch, and the WOC meal at dinner time.
No regular dining option as far as I know.
