Is Ariel's better for breakfast or lunch? Also if you go for breakfast do you get into the park early like at Plaza Inn?

Lunch. GREAT food. I'm not sure if you can get in early like Minnie's.

I did Ariel's for breakfast last September and LOVED it. If you get one of the early spots, yes, you do get through to Paradise Pier before DCA is open. They let guests into the main Plaza about 30 minutes before the park opens where the do rope drops like they do at the end of Main Street. They have you check in at the rope that's over by the Redwood Creek Challenge and then they direct you on the path to take to Ariels. It's so awesome to walk through with NOBODY there. It's a longer stroll than that short walk to the Plaza Inn from the last shop on Main St.

Lunch is much better than breakfast but we aren't big breakfast eaters so that probably factors in our decision.

Personally, I would choose lunch. I like to save money on breakfast since my kids are happy with cereal. We went to Ariel's for lunch and it was great! My family even got chosen as "The Royal Family," so the princesses all stopped at our table first. It was fun! :goodvibes

We like the breakfast..lots of good stuff..fruit, pastries and cheese on a tower thing, then platters of bacon, sausage, potatoes, eggs. You can ask for more of anything and they'll bring it to you. We got more bacon and potatoes. Lots of nice interactions..the princesses were great.

I have these posted in my trip report, but here's a look at the food from Ariel's breakfast:

For lunch/dinner you get the same 3 tiered plate pictured above, but it is loaded with fruits, veggies, cheeses, salami, jello and the bottom tier has a salad with the yummiest dressing!! They also bring a basket of bread and sauces for dipping. Then you get your entree choice and at the end they bring a dessert platter. Ours have always had choc chip cookie bars, brownies, a white chocolate shell w/berries, choc. lava cake and something else I'm forgetting......a cheesecake type dessert. what else? LOL And if you eat at AG there is a full bar upstairs so you can drink if you want to. :)
