ARGHH - PLease Tell me It will be OK! CRO Lost ALL MY RESSIE NOTES

OMG-

I just got off the phone with CRO to ask them about any pin codes I might have associated with my account and to confirm payment recieved and then I started to ask them about my reservation and inquiring into upgrading to CL. Well....

Imagine my surprise when the woman on the other end was completely surprised that it was my honeymoon, that i had requested a king bed and a MK View (BTW, she mentioned that all the King beds at the CR are on the MK side..Is this true?) ANyways, so I asked her to please review all the notes on my reservation and she said "what notes?" I almost passed out from shock.

Ok.. so heres what she thought happened. My Disney Fiance and I decided to change from the ROmance Park Hopper Package to the DIsney Magic Your Way Premium w/ Dining and when we did it we were told that all of our notes would transfer. Well.. IM guessing they didn't and now im scared.

Thankfully our CRO CM reposted all of the important stuff and also put in a request for a magical moment which I thought was really cool.

ANyways... the biggest problem is a friend of mine works as a big whig at Corporate DIsney (one level below VP) and said he was going to note my reservation as VIP and stuff. Im wondering if he already did it and was it erased or is that stuff stored elsewhere? ALso, what prevents this from happening again?

Comments, questions, advice.. You all ROCK..

Have a great honeymoon, but ALL of those things were requests. Disney may do NOTHING for your honeymoon, you may not get the MK view or the King Room without paying for them.... prepare now and be surprised if anything good happens.

I agree with CarolA. Unless you friend can do something with your reservation everything that you asked for is a request. WDW is such a wonderful place even if they aren't granted you will have a great time.

Thanks to everyone who reminded me that these were all requests..I believe i very clearly used the word request in my OP and I am fully aware that these are requests. I am very much a believer in only expect what you get paid for. However, I would also, while not expect, hope that for Honeymooning couples, the room assignment CM would assign a single king bed (two queens would be a bit silly don't you think) And FYI, there is NO WAY to pay for a king bed at the Contemporary. In fact, even if you book 14th Floor CL they can't guarantee you a king bed (this is what i was told by numerous CRO CM's as well as the sales manager of the CR).

I also want to maximize my opportunities for pixie dust and to ensure that my princess bride to be truly feels like the princess she is on our Disneymoon. Hence why the most distressing thing to me was that any reference to our Honeymoon was missing from the Ressie.

Can anyone comment on the "all king beds face the MK at the CR" quote from CRO?
