ARGH! This stupid snapfish album, I have no idea what I did wrong

I clicked on the Oprah site on the day it was offered and downloaded one photo. I decided today to go back and work on my free album and it isn't there!!!! It says I only qualify for 20 free photos.

What did I do wrong???? Is the offer gone for me????

If I recall correctly you had to request the 'sign up' by Friday and the album had to be ordered by Sunday the 16th. Sorry!

No, they extended the order until this coming Sunday.

I think I found it, I am continuing to download photos and will see how it goes.

If you signed up for it, it put the credit in your account.

An email was sent that extended the offer until this Saturday, the 22nd.

Was a credit showing in your account?

I think he works nights, so you may not hear back from him until later today. He helped me get my credit back and also had to refund me for the book as I was charged even though I had the credit (GRR SNAPFISH!!)

Anyway, he was a lot of help!!

And, you are right, there was an extension to complete your book was until Nov 22, so you have a few days still.

I am finding snapfish complicated, or I am just not getting it. I downloaded a bunch of photos, but I can't figure out how to delete anything.

Ugh, looks like an all day project here....this should be easy shouldn't it?

My credit looked like it has disappeared from my account page, but when I went to order the book, it magically appeared again. I did have to only have the photo book in my shopping cart for it to show up. When I added my Christmas cards the photo book credit would disappear again.

Yeah, mine has been appearing and disappearing all week. I just hope it'll be there if I ever finish this darn book!

And also yes - it's supposed to be easy and fun. I wouldn't say it's "hard" but it certainly stopped being "fun" several hours ago for me.

Free or not, I imagine they are ticking off a lot of their customer's right now.

And, yes it is supposed to be fun and easy. I have NEVER had problems like this with Shutterfly and I have done several of their "free" books.

Oh, and notice on the botton of your Snapfish screen it also says books will be delayed by 3 weeks!! For me in Canada, this means Nana may not get her present on time!! Same thing happened to me last year with the photo-puzzle I bought her. This year I ordered 2 weeks earlier, but I just have a hunch it is not going to be here!!!

Mine did the same thing, but when I went to check out it was there. You can verify after you put in your CC#, but before the order is placed.

You have to do them as 2 seperate transactions if you are using the CARD08 code. The codes cancel each other out. I know it is dumb, because you can still get your free prints, but you cannot combine the other 2.

Mine kept coming and going. I once I got to the confirm purchase screen, it disappeared again. I thought there must be one more screen (it had JUST been there). Well, I just paid $30 for my free photobook. I had puttered around with codes, so think cookies or something in my computer swapped to the free shipping code (I had tried that hours earlier, deleted, and started all over again with the free photobook one). I emailed, and asked for the shipping to be charged instead of the photobook due to the error. Hope they do it!

Well I ordered one on Friday. Then I get a call from my credit card company that my credit card was used at snapfish.(it calls everytime my card is used on line) that the charge was like $40 something for the book so I call and cancle the book because I wasn't paying. They cancle my order credit my account.
Get the mail today theres the book. Call my credit card company they said there is a credit from snapfish for full amount. So i got the book anyway.
