ARGH! FastPass + What am I doing wrong!

I'm trying to set up Fastpasses for a resort reservation with MYW tickets. We are within 60 day window. MyDisneyExperience shows that Resort Reservation, Family and Friends & Theme Park Tickets are completed (with confirmation numbers, magic bands, etc) but when I go to make FastPass selections only my name shows up and that valid park admission is required.

Help! What am I doing wrong?

I think they also get a lot of internet traffic that time of night with everyone clamoring to grab a FP+, so if you don't see an attraction or ride, just hit refresh. Last night the Tower of Terror kept disappearing (haha) intermittently.

Thanks for the link. That explains why we kept getting the message that we had to wait to until the 7th to make FP+ even though it was past midnight. What was odd was that MDE didn't recognize that we had tickets for everyone in the party even though we have a package with MYW tickets. I finally ended up completing early check-in and everything worked fine. Now whether that's because I finished it all after 1 am is anyone's guess.

Guests with "Packages" will see their complete group when their 60-day window opens. Online check-in made no difference... it's because your window opened at 1:00a.
