argg, quest trouble

I'm working on the quest by myself; no help at all, I get down to the task in the Lost safari room, and suddenly my quest jumped from task 3 back to task 1 but the time doesn't restart.

No, the timer wasn't on in that quest, and the question was where to buy explorer suit this week and I said neds. I got the right answer but it treated like it was wrong. The second time I had to answer it I picked the same answer and it registered as correct.
