Aren't we due up for a new planner?

Don't the new planners typically come out late August? I saw the thread that 2006 collection points are out...

Usually in the early fall, so it should be in the next 2 or 3 months.

Oh - I love anything new! What is this planner? We've only owned since April so we've never gotten one.

Nothing to get too excited about, it mostly lists the points charts for next year (2 years for DVC resorts).

I have been waiting too...My DOG ate my last one. tore it to shreds. aw: Can you believe it?

I hope I get one this year. Last year it took about 6 months after others received theirs before I finally got one. I called Member Services several times clearly stating that I wanted a planner. Instead I received new membership cards each time I called. I then called my guide explaining my problem and got a "snippy" reply that she couldn't help me, I had to go thru Member Services. It was a frustrating experience.

I just joined (filling out the paperwork as we speak! ) and the DVC kit I received contains the 2005-2006 planner.
Could this be the new one?

Maybe not. The last one I have from last year says 2005-2006 on it. It has Goofy on the front with a family of 4, one boy and one girl, and the background is blue. IS this the one you have - or is yours different?

That's the one I have. They sent it last week, so my guess is that as of now it's the lastest one.

I never even got that one. The last one I received had a family walking along a walkway or something (it's been a while since I've looked at it...seems like they had some Mickey balloons), and I always thought it looked like the family was superimposed on the backdrop. I just thought that they stopped sending them out once they put all the points charts on the website.
