Are your feet "magnets"?

Everyone can walk the same area I do, barefoot and their feet won't pick up anything. If there's a teeny tiny sliver of anything sharp, one of my feet zeroes in on it and turn my foot into a pin cushion. Every now and then, my ds's foot will do that, but most of the time, my foot is the lucky one.

I have ugly feet, calluses(?) on them, I probably wouldn't feel it.

If there's something sharp, I will step on it, so I always wear some type of sandal.
