I know there are certain restaruants that charge you if you do not show up for your reservation (Akershus, SOA, and probably all of the signature restaurants)... But, do they charge you for the others??

Just wandering since we have a large party (7 adults, 8 children) and you never know what might come up.

Thanks,

I don't think they do charge if you have not given them a credit card deposit. Of course it's nice to call and cancel as soon as you know you can't make it to allow someone else to get in.

You're only charged at restaurants that take your credit card information when you make the reservation.

However, and I am sure that you'd have done this anyway, it's always good to call and cancel any reservation that you know that you'll be a 'no show' for. Also, if you're making reservations for the group and you know that "Tom's" family notoriously never makes it to anything on time - make sure to use Tom's credit card holds his own reservations. That way if he doesn't show up - it's on him. :goodvibes

You can also cancel at any Guest Relations location; at the reservation kiosk in DHS; and at any restaurant podium.

Only if they have your CC and u didn't cancle in the time frame.

If it is for a restaurant at MK they will hunt you down, take you to It's A Small World, chain you into a boat and make you ride 20 consecutive times!

that's hilarious.

I suppose next they would feed you complimentary desert to reconcile the matter before they force you to ride the teacups 20 times on a full stomach?

:thumbsup2 How true. It's not something I like to talk about. Let's just say I'll never skip a reservation at Tony's again. :scared1:

Those MK CMs mean business.
