Ah, that's just a typical summer week for Florida in general. Seriously - every time we have visited in the summer, that is what our forecast looked like. And yes, it did rain every day; for maybe 15-30 minutes.

Also had the same experience when we lived in Clearwater over 15 years ago. Summer=rain every day - again, for 15-30 minutes. Don't sweat it - it's normal.

Are you one of the Jersey people too cause they say rain all week here too! I don't have a lake in my backyard but we have flooding all over the place. Nasty! Cool too. Feels like an early fall. I sure hope I don't leave rainy for rainy!

I'm across the bridge in PA, and frankly, I've been thinking about building an ark these past few days, LOL. On my way into the office this morning, I had to bypass my normal route due to the famed "urban and small stream flooding", LOL.

Yeah, it's been raining a LOT, but then again, my lawn can really use it.

The weather sucks in NY. Its outright cold and damp. I had been checking the weather channel about this new Depression in the Atlantic. It shouldn't affect us. As for the scattered storms everyday next week, you know how it is, rains 1 min and its bright sunshine the next. I would not worry. We will be fine. And if it does rain, I will be at Disney Quest.

As much and the damp weather wouldn't bother me in the park...our family is a go with the punch kinda people.....but it would be nice to go to FL and actually have sun and tan and swim in a pool! I DON'T WANT MORE RAIN!

Hello!! OP here again!!!!

So much to do!! So little time!!!!

I wouldn't worry about the forcasted weather for next week either. Remember the saying that Orlando natives swear by:

If you don't like the weather now...just wait 15 minutes!!!!

Seriously..the last 3 years we've been, the weather has pretty much been the same....HOT, HOT, HUMID and, did I mention ...HOT!!!!!! I think it stormed down a total of two times each year...for no longer than an hour at best!! It's all good!!!!

3 days left!! A little of with a pinch of right about now! LOL! I have so much to do and am running out of time!!! I would say about 1/2 way done packing. Still have to head to the grocery store for my Grandmother who is staying home. Have to clean the house. Add in a few soccer practices and errands and you get This is too much like work!

We will also be there on the 25th staying at POP and then moving to OKW for the 26-Sept 1! Anyone going to the PP&P on the 28th? That is our dd's 4th birthday so we will definetly be there and she would like to invite everyone to her party ...isn't she nice!

We'll be at the P&P on the 28th! Can't wait. DD and DH are all packed - I have to do some laundry tomorrow and being a last minute person won't pack until Saturday morning. We spend Saturday night at a hotel near the airport (2 1/2 hour drive).
