Are you an "obsessive" parent?

It was on AOL UK's 'Scenes of Spring' yesterday. I fell in love  so my old avatar (of Spongebob) had to go.

Thank you so much! I printed the little guy out and put him on my bulletin board! That just stole my heart!

Let's just say my kid #4 gets away with a lot of stuff because I've become way more mellow as a parent and realized those little things won't kill you.

We are going out to eat for my 6 year old's birthday tonight to McDonald's -- they will have pop to drink, I'm even thinking of getting them ice cream since it is for his birthday (we actually will be having cake BEFORE we go out to eat -- his sister has gymnastics tonight so she will be there during dinnertime. If I waited to do the singing/cake until she got home it would be bedtime. This way she doesn't get to miss it.) Now I usually get the 2 year old chocolate milk for his meal but sometimes he has pop too.

Usually at home they drink milk -- unless we are having pizza or spaghetti and then I will occasionally let them have pop.

My DD drinks juice all the time for school because she doesn't like the milk there (go figure? Even the chocolate milk.)

I just deal with what I feel is right for my family -- if others think I'm bad, so be it.
