Are You Able To Swollow Pills Easiley?

Hey everyone!

I have a question for all of you...

Are you able to swollow pills easily? How do you take your pills?

I can't very easily...like tonight, I had to take one for a headache I'm having...and the first pill wouldn't go down then I tried taking another pill and it finially went down after a few seconds.. I struggle with taking pills all the time. I hate it. Then sometimes I get mad and get upset because the pills won't go down. When I'm taking ANY pills I have to have the room EMPTY! Nobody can be in the room watching me taking a pill and watching me trying to swollow it. I've tried with people in the room, never worked. Made me freak out I guess. I take my pills with water...lol.

So, what about you? Do you struggle taking them too? Sometimes? Yes, no? Maybe so? ....lol.​

I have never been able to swallow a pill. I have been taking one daily for two years now, not a single swallow.

I'm usually fine with pills. I just scoop some water outta the tap. Not much is needed.

Dry-swallowing can be a problem sometimes.

I don't have any problem swallowing pills. I just take them with whatever drink I have at the time.

uhm.. I have a hard time swallowing pills.. sometimes it takes me more than three shots..

im always afriad it wont go down.. so I think that I, subconsciously, try to make the pill NOT go down.. and when doctors give me anti-biotics.. I always have to ask for the smallest pill.

I can pop a couple at a time. Like if I'm taking like two or three ibprofens, I can take all of them at the same time. It doesn't phase me at all. As long as I have some sort of liquid to take them with. I can't dry-swallow them.

Yes almost all the time.
Unless its the large acne pills I have to take.
Then I plug my nose and swallow.

Swalloing pills doesn't bother me.my vitamins are pretty big, my mom calls them "horse" pills, and I can take those no problem.

i can. i have to take several pills every day, and once your medication starts coming on a daily basis, you get good at it.

I usually don't have any problem with like Tylenol or Advil or something like that. If it is those huge vitamins sometimes those are a bit harder.

i cant swallow pills at all like ive been trying for years my mom thinks its because when i was younger i choked on hard candy and swallowed my gum alot and now when something that big tries to go down my throat just kinda closes up

Yeah, if its small enough I don't even need water, it just goes down.

Then again when I had to take my "horse" pills, they were freaking huge. Even split in half it took half a waterbottle to get them down. :/

i can't.
even if it meant my life, i just can't swallow pills.
i have to live through the horrors of headaches sometimes.
i almost choked on a lifesaver when i was little so i guess i got traumatized?
lol, it sounds funny but i always feel like the pill's gonna get stuck and i'll choke.

I don't really struggle swallowing it. But my stomach feels weird for a few minutes after I took it.

Yeah I can as long as I have some water or drink.
If I don't have anything to drink then I'd probably have a problem.
