are you a valuable employee?

Im the only fulltimer working w/4 parttimers. Often times they dont get to stay on top of their work. Thinking of taking some of it back. Being the fulltimer I do have some responsibilities the others dont. However, being the FT I also have hours where I gotta admit Im not too productive. (OK I DIS and boss knows it)
So do I ask these parttimers if I can take some of their work load off them?

As long as their 'back log' was because of their work hours and not because of how they are allocating their time, I would ask for some of the work back.
