Are We Wound a Little Too Tight Here Lately?

Ok, I may have to rethink this. I mean, I know for sure that the scary space hamster is no match for my high horse, but I have to admit that he gets a little nervous around gators. Is it possible your gator could just come over for a play date with my high horse?
sure, but I can't make any promises if he is in a snarky mood. :lmao: not 11, I'm not that bad.

he has to been known to bite heads off too like me. :lmao: most likely going through menopause too. :lmao:

My mom was killed by a banana-eating horse. All this talk of horses, high OR low, offends me.

Sorry to get all snarky on y'all. :thumbsup2

Hamsters and beavers are SO early '00s. Possums are where it's at, nowadays, speaking rodentially (or marsupially, as the case may be).
I try never to speak rodentially OR marsupially - I used to talk that way while I was sitting on my high horse, but I kept falling off. Now I only talk in an overtly vertical equineness.

I am so not with the current language. Is there a "DIS speak for Dummies" course for me? I'm in need! :lmao:

I'm actually just completely faking my way through here. I'm pretty sure I've got snarky figured out, but I've never known what the #11 thing is all about.

I figured that you were totally BSing! And yes, I'm a dudette! :rotfl2: Pm on it's way about #11--I'm always the elected one to explain. :rotfl:

Please cc me.

Now, I think this thread has gotten totally off topic. It should be deleted, or moved to a newly created pets and livestock forum.

All this talk about lactose intolerant tall horses and hampsters from outer space is not appropriate for a family friendly site. My 6 year old sits on my lap all day while I DIS and breastfeed, and I would hate for him to see the word "porn."

Actually, if I am a little snarky today, it's because I spent 3 hours at Chuckie Cheese's yesterday. There is a special place in hell for the person who thought up that brilliant idea.

PM sent...

LOL about your 6yo--did you watch Desperate Housewives last night?

About Chuckee Cheese--I think my 6yo has only been a time or 2. I feel a little guilty, but I do bring him to WDW more often! :teeth:

Ok, I've been educated by T&B concerning #11, and I would just like to say, in my best Emily Latilla voice....

never mind

Thanks for the PM

Yes, I watched DH. Let's not go there!

I think Chickie Cheese's will be a birthday party destination only. That means they only go when they are invited to a birthday party! We actually have to drive 90 minutes to get there. I have to admit, though. The girls had a great time. Hannah said it was the best day ever. It would have been better if I had realized at the beginning of the visit that they served beer!

To answer the OP's question:

Yes, some people are, no it's nothing new.

To be honest, for some people I think they are jealous because there really are happily married couples out there who have wonderful and well behaved kids who get good grades and are well mannered, and who have class, morals and follow rules.
People like to refer to those people in a bad light, but wouldn't they like to be so lucky.

As for simply being in a bad mood once in a while...it happens to the best of us. But to be cliquie and gang up on posters because you are mean spirited, it's a personal problem with those people, and show's off thier character.

I don't plan to even visit this site again. It's just too cliquie and silly and....

Have fun!

Glad that I wasn't the only one not getting it. I was beginning to think that my DH slipped something into my drink at lunch... :rotfl:

OK, we can all get back on our high horses now! Except for Susan--she can get back on her low gator. And don't forget Ash's beaver...um, I mean hamster.

I agree 100%. If I've said it once I've said it a thousand times. What a Disney discussion board needs is people to be more serious and more stand-offish. But I don't have the luxury of just walking away, because I have to find out who fed my high horse a box of ex-lax last night.

It's going to take me forever to clean up today, and my Franklin Mint commemorative A Team plates are ruined.

Sounds like something she would do, but it could have been In A Hurry or at least I bet the horse was in a hurry... :lmao:

We all know Sillyme is a rebel!! Not at all like me ;)

I agree with YOU 100%. And, we need more psychiatrists here! You know, it should be our jobs to decide who is normal and who isn't.

I will be happy to stop by your stable with some pepto for your high horse. Carry on.
