Are we crazy?

Hi-

We currently have ressies at SSR for a long weekend in May. We really want to stay at BWV and can get every day but 1. Would it be a huge hassle to spend the 1st 2 days at BWV switch to SSR for the 1 night and go back to BWV for the last day?

I wouldn't want to switch back and forth like that, why not go on the wait list or do 2 at BW and 2 at SSR.

We are on the waitlist and that might come in...but...the day in question is Mother's Day.

crazy, yes, and I speak from experience. Same weekend in 2005. We were there for 3 nights and moved every night. OKW to Yacht Club (Mothers day) back to OKW. Disney moved our luggage so it wasn't a big deal but not something I would want to do again. On the plus side, we stayed concierge level at Yacht Club (with AP discount) which none of us had done before.

Did your luggage arrive at your resort in time for you to change and go to dinner? You said you wouldn't do it again, but are you sorry you did it that time?

We ususally don't change for dinner but the luggage did arrive at all the places mid-afternoon. It may have been there sooner but that's when we got to the resort and checked.

No, not sorry we did it (the alternative would have been not to go). It was certainly an adventure. We planned the trip about two weeks before Mother's Day so knew we might have a problem. There were no studios anywere for that one night!

We decided to split the stay 2 and 2 and remain on the waitlist in hopes of staying the entire trip at BWV.
