Are we allowed to sit behind the Rose and Crown?

They start serving dinner at 4:00, correct? Can we sit behind there with either a drink we purchased there or elsewhere during the day? I'm looking for places we can sit and relax to rest our feet for awhile. Thanks!

You will have to find another place to sit as the area will be blocked off. There are places around Canada, UK and France where you can sit and relax! Enjoy!

The area in the purple circle is open seating for the Fish and Chips cart. Anyone can take a table there if it’s open. I think the restaurant seating for Rose and Crown is the orange umbrella area toward the bottom.

You might have the areas reversed - the fish & chips QS window is directly next to the area with orange umbrellas, and the purple circled area is next to the restaurant, on the opposite side of the building from the fish & chips counter. I think it is accessible from the walkway, though, so guests should be able to bring their fish there too.

Ah that’s good to know. Sometimes it’s hard to find seating at Epcot but that’s been improving. The last few trips I’ve noticed more and more tables for the food booth festivals and they opened that large seating area by Moana water attraction too.

We ate our QS in the purple circle area. It’s just simple black chairs and tables, no umbrellas. Not a big area.

go up the stairs in Canada to the back and sit by the waterfall

Take the path to the right in China into the gardens, Japan has beautiful gardens.

UK has a tea garden and lots of quiet area behind

During the day before the restaurant opens we have been allowed to sit on the restaurant patios. That was a great rest spot.

Once restaurant opens there is the garden area (purple circle) where you can sit any time. There is a small area closer the restaurant south of garden that will be roped off for restaurant guests to watch fireworks.

The area south of the restaurant with all those orange umbrellas is seating for the quick serve fish & chips but I've never seen them check people. What they will do is slowly close that later in day as sometimes it hosts private parties for fireworks.

I agree there are some quiet spots up in Canada although there is some construction happening right now, or in the back of England in the garden area if you are looking in that specific area.

For those who talk about eating in UK Pavilion garden area, I have a question: Where’s the seating? I’ve only seen a couple benches back there ( and they’re usually occupied). Am I missing something?

There are about 6 park benches and a couple of false stairways you can sit on. We've even just sat on the curb in the shade. We've never had issues finding a seat but I suppose it depends on the time of day and if there is music happening back there.

There are benches or tables scattered throughout EPCOT and we've never had issues finding a spot to sit and relax. Perhaps somewhere there is a list on here.

Is the area next to the Fish and Chips stand with the orange umbrellas specifically supposed to be seating for the Fish and Chips stand? The main reason I've never eaten there is that I didn't know they had any seating.

I don't think it specifically supposed to be seating for the Fish and Chips stand, I don't think they check if people have food there or not, but that is where we usually sit when we grab something there, or on the other side of Rose and Crown.
