or is it just standard? I have not rcv'd a pin...just basing this off the 20%30%40% discount they will hopefully continue next yr for room only.
Also...not code related but we went this yr in Nov...our first family trip to WDW and the weather was perfect!!!! Now DH is reluctant to go in the summer...not becasue of him...because of me! I am not a heat person and he thinks this will ruin our vacation...please tell me it's not so bad in June or August....i know I am probably kidding myself but I have hope that since millions of Disney fans go every summer...it must be bearable to some degree!

^^^ The 20%30%40% PIN code could not be applied to club level. As far as the weather goes, we visited this past June into early July. Truth be told it was unusually hot on the first and last days of our trip. Apparently FL had a record setting heat wave before we arrived (temps in the 100s). As I said it was unprecedented for that time of the year. Then a cold front swept through the region on the first night of our stay and it cooled things down significantly. We were in heaven! Our last day there was 4th of July. It was very hot that day but not horribly so. We are going again next June, not because we love super hot weather but because that's the only time we have off from work.

We'd love to be able to go to WDW during Christmas one year. It would be :cloud9:

Some discounts are available for club (subject to availability and others booking all those rooms before you of course) and some are not. We used the 4/3 deal to stay CL this year. I can't speak to any of the current deals since I haven't tried to use one.

Thank you, thank you! And you give me hope on summer traveling!! Just not sure yet...may have to work on DH!

You can use a pin code for club level. We received 40% off the CR standard club level room, we just weren't able to apply the pin to a MK view room.

We were able to use our pin on CL at the GF. We were offered a bunch of different CL options and just chose that one so yes, you may use it pin codes for those rooms :)

There are 40% club level offers on the WDW website right now even without a PIN, so maybe you'll luck out and they will have an offer for your dates:

WDW Website: Get Luxury and Service at 40% Savings with Special Club Level Room Rates for stays most nights 10/4/09 to 12/24/09.

Get Luxury and Service at 40% Savings with Special Club Level Room Rates for stays most nights 1/1/09 to 2/11/10
.

As a FL Res though I worry that you post that you are not a heat person, and are thinking of June or August. ;)

I do have to warn you to please consider the summer months carefully. It's H-O-T down here in June and August, with August being the hottest and most humid at temps up in the 90's and humidity levels up to 90%. Think you can stand that?

Here are the temperature averages for both June and August:
June
Average high temperature: 91
Average low temperature: 71.8
Average precipitation: 7.32 in, wettest month (average 14 days with rain)
Average humidity: 73.5

August
Average high temperature: 92
Average low temperature: 73.4
Average precipitation: 6.78 in (average 16 days with rain)
Average humidity: 76.5

You can plan around the heat (go back to the room or resort pool to get out of the heat, etc.), but if you really can't stand the heat physically (for example, my DSis was on medication that totally affected her negatively in the heat), you might want to stick to other dates.

Also you need to remember that June 1st is the traditional start of the Atlantic hurricane season, and activity really starts perking up in August (September is peak). Not that we'll have any 'canes, but just another thing to be aware of when you're deciding on dates :rolleyes1
