Are tickets included when you use points for Disneyland stays??

Hoping someone can help me out on this one...after reading some recent similar posts, I got the impression that people received tickets to DL and DCA when staying on points at one of the Disney hotels in CA...as I will be staying there next August, I would love to know if that is true...it would make my decision a little easier..Cash vs point reservations for GC...

We did not when we stayed in May 2000 on points; they made it clear to us when we booked that tickets were not included.
