Are They Charging Your CC for ADR's Now?

DW and I decided on a trip to WDW July 14 through 21. Find a room at Pop Century and buy tickets on Monday. Tuesday call for ADR's and get three. I also book a tee time for the Magnolia course for me. The CRO CM asks for a CC to guarentee the golf so I give her one. Today as I look at my CC statement online I see a charge of $144 to WDW Dining Reservations. The round of golf is only going to be $55. So what the heck is the other $89 for?

What ADRs did you book? The only ones I can think of that charge immediately are HDDR and CRT.

I booked Ragland Road, The Garden Reasturant in Epcot, and Teppenyaki at Epcot.

None of those ADRs require payment ahead of time. Did Disney Dining ask for your credit card number on Tuesday when you made those ADRs? or did they also book your golf tee time? I wonder if it's possible that Disney charged your one night deposit on the room, although it shouldn't show up on your card as Disney Dining and would be separate charge from golf. You might want to give them a call back to see what the other charge is for. :confused3

I agree with the above poster, call and see what's up. I know that Disney Golf does not charge for golf prior to your play unless it's less than 48 hours to the tee time or you don't cancel within 48 hours.
