Are these restaurants all-you-can-eat?

Can you please tell me if either of these restaurants is all-you-can-eat?

1. Cinderella's Royal Table dinner
2. Akershus lunch

If they are all-you-can-eat, how does it work exactly? I know this may seem like a weird question, but I have only been to character meals that were either buffet or family-style...I know the two places I mentioned are pre-plated meals where you order what you want from each course on the menu.

Been to both for breakfast. CRT will bring you more food for breakfast, you just have to ask for the specific item(s). Akershus is served family style for breakfast (hot food) and you can ask for extras. Akershus also has a cold buffet (cheese, fruits, bread, etc) that you can help yourself too.

Akershus lunch has a cold buffet that, I assume, is all you can eat. It has things like salad, cheese, breads, cold meats, etc. For your meal, each person can order what they'd like off the menu, but it is not all you can eat. The dessert comes plated for the table, and while I am under the impression that that one plate is all you get, you may be able to ask for more.
