Are there taxis @ DTD shopping area readily available???

We're staying at the YC again and the thing I remember most about the bus transportation is the LONG ride back from DTD. The bus made numerous stops on the way back and it took us almost an hour to get back to the hotel.... I was just wondering if there are taxis readily available @ the shopping end (not the West Side) to transport guests back to their hotels??? Thanks in advance!
