Are there sample Transfer Agreement?

Does anyone have a sample Transfer Agreement? I've only seen one other transfer agreement and it had the Member ID's listed for the transactions. I don't think I'd want to relay that information to someone. Is this normally listed on contract agreements? I've seen samples for Renting, but not transferring.

Technically you can't pay for transfers, so a contract circumventing the DVC rules probably isn't a good idea.

In order to make the transfer, the owner has to know what member number to transfer to. Makes sense to include it in the contract so that there aren’t any misunderstandings.
