Are there Photopass Photogs in the restaurants? (character dining)

I've been hearing about how scarce the Photographers have been in the parks these days. Someone just mentioned they only came across a photographer TWICE in their entire trip. That is ridiculous for the amount of money they charge.... anyways, I was just wondering if they're ever at the character meals?

I have never seen a PP photographer at any of the character meals we have done. I have seen them outside the Poly for pictures, though, when we did Ohanas.
