Are There No Characters??

Hi there, was just curious, what is up with the character situation in Paris? I keep hearing things. That would really stink to plan a trip and have no characters there, are there no characters in the park and if not, what is going on??

There been a strike of the entertainment staff. Yet characters and everything are back to normal now.

When we were there 10 days ago there were no strikes BUT the only time we saw characters in 5 days was when they got off of the character train and Duffy down Main Street USA at his usual location. There were Princesses in the Pavilion and Mickey in Meet Mickey, but other than that there were zero characters walking round the parks.
