Does anyone know if Disney has infrared or other aid for hearing impaired to use in the auditorium?

Don't know about infrared but I believe you can request sign language interpreters for your cruise. Don't know the procedure but they were on our cruise and even though I don't know ASL they were fascinating to watch during the shows.

Yes. You can check out a pair of infrared headphones from guest services and keep them for the duration of the cruise. They worked great at all the shows for my son, who wears hearing aids. (There is a $100 deposit placed on your credit card and removed when you return the headphones.)

Also, although we didn't wind up using it, you can also get a binder containing the script to Disney Dreams. (Disney is supposedly working on the other shows.) However, it's in real script form which would have been hard for my DS9 to plow through. And reading it ahead of time might spoil the show, anyway.
