Are there elevators at Saratoga springs?

Just planning a visit to Saratoga Springs and wanted to check if there are elevators. Travelling with a disabled mother so cannot use the stairs, but I cannot request a ground room as I have two autistic children who would run away/wander off if we had a ground room. We have booked a two bed dedicated if this makes a difference. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

All of the buildings except the treehouses at SSR have elevators!

I would put in a request to NOT have a ground floor, for the reason you stated. SSR is big enough that that shouldn't be a big deal.

You might also want to request to be near the elevator -- some rooms are what seems to me (esp at the end of the day, or when unpacking or repacking the car) to be a long way away. And it was an extra difficulty not having luggage carts at the building -- altho you can use the bell services people for help (just extra time and tipping involved).
