Are there certain cruises that have more (or less) children?

I've heard the Canada cruises were very very few kids.

I'm not sure how much of a difference it is when you sail during school breaks, but a little birdie told me that some parents just pull their kids out of school whenever to take advantage of the lower prices. What? Don't look at me.
