Are there any values or mods where you can be sure to avoid tour groups?

We have been to WDW many times but usually during September when there are no large tour groups. Until this year, when we spent 10 days at ASMO at the end of January/start of February.

It was horrible. I won't rehash why, it's been done to death on these boards, but I do want to know what I can do to possibly avoid the masses of barely supervised teenagers and still stay either value or, if need be, moderate. I had no problem with them in the parks, for the most part, but I would prefer to not share digs with them. (Our room was right next to where their tour buses loaded every day and night. Ay yi yi!)

Does anyone know which resorts they will definitely NOT be at? I am planning another trip for February 2013 and cannot afford deluxe.

First, I would check Disney's sports site (I can't remember the name of it...but if you google Disney sports complex, you will probably find it). If you find it and do some research, you can see what groups are having tournaments, etc., during specific months and then search that particular event and it will usually list the resorts they are staying at.
