Are there any FP- Parks left?

Last I knew there was still FP- in 2 parks. I assume they are all gone now, but I can't find a thread to confirm this...

Disneyland, California Adventure, that's it in the US

There are no more paper fastpasses anywhere at Walt Disney World (absent special events, I think they are still getting them for SWW celebrity autographs)

All the ones in WDW are FP-. the new FP- is horrid. Downright horrid.

The old FP had way more positives and worked as it was. Worked beautifully.
