Are there any Disney reward programs/discounts for Canadians?

We are going to Disney in December & staying offsite for the first time so we are paying everything OOP. I know there are rewards/discounts with things like the Disney rewards card but Canadians can't apply for it. Does anyone know if there are any discounts/reward programs out there for Canadians?
