Are there a lot who frequent the DVC boards...

...who aren't actually DVC members?

I'm not talking about people who are looking into buying into DVC. I'm wondering about people who maybe are frequent renters but have no intention of buying. I'm just wondering if there are many who love DVC as much as we do,stay at the DVC resorts, but just aren't owners. I'm wondering too what their reasons are for not buying.

Why buy for $15,000+ up front when you can keep your cash in the bank/investments earning you a return each year, and save the taxes/fees of $900 per year, when you can rent points at $10.00 each.

I fully understand why many people don't buy. As time goes on, I am considering selling and just renting.
