Are the Signature restaurants worth paying OOP for?

We do the DDP. The only signature restaurant (translation: it counts as 2 meals) we typically do is Le Cellier. We love it there!

Last trip we ate at the Brown Derby-- SIL's favorite. It was awful. AWFUL. I realize that's not the typical experience, but it certainly was ours.

Moral to the story: it depends on your tastes, and on the night you hit a restaurant.
