Are The Room Only Discounts for Values in Dec Really Gone?

I called today to add the code DMK (general public discount) to my Pop Century reservation for Dec 14-18th. I was told by the lady I talked to that there were no reservations available for Value resorts with that code. She didn't seem to know the computer system very well. I'm wondering if she messed it up because my reservation is actually Dec 11-18th but the code is only good for Dec 14-18th?

Anybody have any luck recently with this code?
