You know I was thinking about this. Disney should always have the core Disney characters available. What I would like to see is characters that are related to popular Disney shows or newly released movies "previewing" sooner in the park just before, during and for a time after the movie was released. It provides a real concrete connection for kids. This could draw in crowds during slower times of the year and be a money maker for Disney. It would promote something fresh and new at the park and also promote their new films and shows at the same time. Characters could be available for a certain period of time only?? Now obviously us Dis'rs do not want more crowds lol but I am wondering why Disney isn't stepping up to the plate on this. I find their timing is off with this. Just a thought
We are huge fans too! In fact, we ordered T-shirts from Disney shopping previous to our March trip, and on our first day DS 7 wore his Phineas "I know what we are going to do today!" shirt and DD 4 wore her awesome T that says "Perry the Platypus" on the front and on back reads "Alias, Agent P!" with accompanying characters, of course. We got SO many comments from others standing in lines - other F&P fans, of course!
