I just called CRO this morning and reserved at fridge for my room at the Poly the first week of November. The CM told me it was gonna cost but that the resort would charge. I wasn't worried because I'm sure after reading these boards that I won't be charged especially after I told the CM I was waiting for AP rates to come out and he asked me "What's an AP?" I almost fell off my couch!! I told him it was an annual pass. He must have been a newbie!! Oh well, I'm just glad he put it on my ressie to have a fridge!

While staying at the CR, we went to Goodings while the kids slept in on Sunday Morning (our kids are older). We bought two cheap styrofoam coolers, which we kept full of hotel-ice-machine ice every day. We kept beer, wine coolers, pop, hot dogs, lunchmeat and milk cool and just changed the ice daily. (We nuked the hot dogs in the mircrowave by the arcade area.) The kids enjoyed going back and forth to the ice machine with the ice bucket. When we left, we knocked on the door across from ours and gave them the cheap coolers and the tip.

The CMs wouldn't know what an AP is unless they frequent Disney discussion forums like this one. I've read that it's always best to say "annual pass" vs. AP as they won't know what you're talking about.
