Are shows/entertainment included if you are dining?

Don't know if this is a silly question, but I'm wondering if the shows are included (if you are dining) or if you have to pay extra?
e.g: I was looking at Tusker House as a lunch option and saw that you can get reserved seating for Nemo (atm) but do you have to pay for Nemo? How do you get reserved seating at the same time as making an ADR?

I think you can only make those reservations on the phone at the moment, but Claire is right. The Nemo show is included for anyone with park admission. If you reserve a Tusker House Nemo dining package then you get 'reserved' seating. It basically guarantees your admission to the show without you having to queue unreasonably early to ensure you get in. :goodvibes

Never done the tusker lunch but to get the fantasmic package at DHS I know you have to ring to book not do it online.

Like the other posters said anyone can see the show the perk is reserved seating.

We've never had a problem getting in nemo but have only been at lower crowd times.

We did the Tusker House/Nemo Show lunch a couple of weeks ago. I was able to book the ADR online as it's just a case of everyone with a reservation between 13:00hrs and 13:40 (I think) gets a pass to allow them into the Nemo show without having to queue and have guaranteed seating.

You do have to ask for the pass once you are at the restaurant and ours turned out to be for the 16:15hrs showing rather than the 15:00hrs that was advertised when we booked it, but that worked out to be better for us anyway.

It was a lovely feeling knowing we didn't have to rush to get to the theatre and queue with the masses wondeing if we would get in or not.

We did the Fantasmic Dining Package too and that worked well. I would definitely do both again :goodvibes

Never had any problems getting seats at Nemo but for Fantasmic I would say getting the dining package is a must, or be prepared for a two hour wait in line.
This August Fantasmic was full 45 mins before the show started (we had dining package and just walked in...although it was a long walk now they have changed the entrance for reserved seating.

Which restaurants do a fantasmic package, we want to eat in Brown Derby?

Allears.net mentions a $10 charge or credit card hold, does this still happen if you book online with free dining attached to your holiday?

it's Hollywood and vine, mama Melrose and brown derby.
I have booked for next month but no money has been taken from my card, it's just a guarantee as if you don't cancel 24 hours before or don't show up they charge you. ( unless the policy has changed in the last couple of months)

I'll second that!

Even in October with 2 shows on a non EMH night, we were near the back of the line for the first show almost an hour before and there were people waving others through who were already waiting for the SECOND one :scared1: I have learnt - go for standing room only (still be there at least 45 minutes ahead if you want to get in) or do the dinner package for a seat.
