I agree. When I book at 11 months I don't have my airline tix. I often have to adjust my dates to accommodate flights. So saying that folks shouldn't be able to drop days would be unfair.

True, but when you have someone calling to modify their vacation the next day, and the day after that, and so on it gets pretty obvious as to what they are doing.
