Are parades ever coming back?

Disney World shipped the Electrical Parade to Disneyland, SpectroMagic rotted away, and Paint the Night is too heavy for that one bridge. What else would then run at Magic Kingdom?

Pre pandemic there had been heavy rumors that we would of received either a new night parade or a modified version of paint the night with the cars and frozen units replaced as those were the units that were problematic for the bridge

I would not be surprised if Festival of Fantasy and/or Magic Happens return either in Q2 or Q3
