Are occupancies #s enforced at DVC like at other Disney resorts?

Occupancy is set by fire code (not Disney) for safety reasons.

Disney can set occupancy but it has to stay within the fire code requirements.

I agree. Disney typically sets occupancy by number of sleeping spaces. It can be less than fire code and most likely is. Otherwise it wouldn't make sense that adding a pull down bed increases fire code.
