So talked to my bank tonight about applying for a home loan. Scary scary.

The monthly payments are ok but the money due at closing is freaking me out

We just went through a re-fi and it was pretty bad, all the freaking paperwork they wanted was crazy, stuff from before we bought the house... Good luck...

oh they asked for everything... Copy of my Divorce paperwork, copies of three months of statements, from bank on everything, CDs, Savings, and checking... 401k, I mean everything...

When we did our loan, we had to give two years of bank statements, tax returns and I don't even remember what else. There was a lot of scanning and copying going on.

Well, I guess ther are still train conductors there in Australia.... But I really am not sure..

This was a simulator to train the conductors prior to driving a train.

I made a Ham on Sunday and a Turkey last night. We cut up the Ham and made a Ham Stock today, smells wonderful.

The only problem is that we are driving through McDonald's for dinner on our way to band.
