Are lockers at MK open during early ADR's

We have an 8am breakfast ADR, we will need a locker for this day due to not having time to go back to our room for our early BOG dinner, will these lockers be open at 7:45am?

when I was researching this question for our trip I was told that the lockers are available during the hours in which people were in the park. They are located past the "tap stiles" but before you go under the train station.
