Are "In Loving Memory" windshield decals a thing in your area?

I'm 40 minutes from the World Trade Center.

We've seen a lot of them since 9/11.

I wouldn't do it; it would just bring back my grief a dozen times a day. But if it gives someone comfort, then I'm glad someone came up with them.

I see them once in a while, I sure hope NOBODY does that after I pass away, it is just tacky to me.

Just like roadside memorials. People come unglued here when they take them down because they are illegal on Freeways.

I live in central NC and I see them occasionally and I wouldn't want one.

For me it would be a reminder every time I got in my car.

We have some here in South Florida, my sister put one on her husbands truck after he passed away in 2001.
I had never seen it before she did it.

We have a lot of those road sign memorials here, sad when you drive by them, but I think it helps make a person be a little more alert, well at least I hope it does.

Yes they are airbrushed t-shirts usually with a picture of the deceased that are made and worn to the viewing when a young person dies. They are very popular in the inner city.

It is pretty common here, in Alabama.

We talked about putting on our son's car. It was left to him by my father.

We figured we would wait awhile and see if he brought it back up. He didn't, so we didn't.

I see. I have seen some folks have amazing tattoos like this. So realistic. I saw one guy with a child's image on his arm and a RIP. Put a lump in my throat actually.
