Are eligible snacks also desserts?

Mostly when we use a counter service meal at a food court, we can never tell what constitutes a "dessert", and we usually end up grabbing a piece of cake from the grab n go section. But at Pop Century and others, nachos and cheese are a snack credit, or a side of fries. Could they and other snack credit items be put on the tray as desserts?

You'd have to ask, and the answer might vary according to who you ask, but I do not think you would be permitted nachos or a side of fries for dessert, as I am sure the CMs would recognize that those are not desserts. You might be allowed muffins or something like that.

I would agree the best thing to do is ask. I know the reverse is has not been true in the past. There are CS deserts that you can not get for a snack credit.

Some items we got for desssert at Pop:
yogurt
grapes
fruit bowl
carrots/celery and dip
These we would save for a quick breakfast:
muffins
pasteries

I am pretty sure you couldn't do the side items. Ask before you get them.
I couldn't get oatmeal for a snack. It could be paired with something else to make a CS though.

The desserts are awesome! Make sure to utilize the ice cream counter.
We loved the cheese cake, cookies, ice cream, cakes. The kiddos loved the popsicles. You can get the receipt stamped for later.

Oh, big tip. Buy beer and wine at the grab and go and skip the petals bar. It is a little cheaper and you don't have to give a tip. But the biggest plus is not waiting in the long and slow bar line. Just make sure to ask for a paper cup.

Thank you very much, all of you. I had a feeling that was the case, and in the past it all depended on who you ask, i was hoping there was a fast and true "rule". I never have done the save the ice cream to pick up later option cuz I never wanted to go through the lines again but I might this time. Otherwise we're going to have a fridge jam packed with cheesecake again.
