Are DLR guests still getting the EE perk?

I know a while back all guests of DLH, PP, and GC were able to use EE every day it was offered. Is that still the case? I would like to purchase an AP for my family since we go several times each year, but I really would like to have the EE feature each time we go (I have small children and getting into FL early is a huge plus!) If I did purchase an AP and then stayed on property, would I be able to get in early? Does anyone know if that is going to become a permanent feature?

Thanks!

As of yesterday they were still offering EE for on-site guest. I have an AP and used it during our stay (come home last night).

I don't know if it will become permanent because they haven't published it anywhere, so it may stop at anytime.

That's good news. I was going to ask the same question. We'll be there in a few weeks and have not been able to do EE since we have APs and usually stay offsite. But got a great rate at the DLH, so now we get EE too. What a bonus.

What do you need to show to do this ee if you are staying on site? Is ee every day or only some days?

We had to show the card we were given at check in that we could charge with. Room keys do not work since they can easily be given away. I believe the EE days are Monday and Tuesday for sure and maybe Thursday and Saturday?? Someone else will know for sure.

EE are generally Mon, Tue, Thur, and Sat., but are subject to change so it's not a bad idea to check ahead of time. I've only heard of dates being changed during Grad nites around early June. We used EE in Dec. for Sat., Mon & Tue with our AP and charge slip. Sat. the 17th, EE was empty, even though it was the start of the holiday rush. I also used EE in August on a Thur & Sat., but it was much more crowded then.

The charge slip also shows the date you are leaving so you can only use it for days that you are a guest at one of the Disney hotels.
