I've never read something more silly in my life.
And if I remember on the backstage tour, the guide said Walt had to sell his first creation because he was broke. And Walt wasn't buying Florida land, his companies made up by others were.Then you aren't familiar with Walt as a businessman.
The man was a creative genius and he had an artist's temperament to go along with that. He wanted to see and do great things, but he was not a good businessman - by his own admission. He bankrupted his first company and was never really financially sound.
